Eric Bacon
President

Eric has a dedication and passion for effectuating change and increasing access to quality healthcare for the world’s most under served and remote populations, through the use of innovative technology. He has spent the past twenty years of his career designing new medical devices and telemedicine solutions that are deployed in over fifty countries and used in millions of consults. Eric and his team have transformed AMD from a provider of medical devices to a software development and technology company.
Eric has an extensive background in financial reporting, international manufacturing and regulatory affairs. Preceding his current role as President, Eric served as Vice President Finance and Operations. Prior to AMD, Eric worked as the Controller of Intersoft Technologies a software engineering company and KPMG in Boston.Eric is a board member for the International Society for Telemedicine and eHealth.
He participated as a member of a Healthcare Advisory Group for one of the world’s largest technology companies and is a member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA), and has presented at numerous telemedicine and healthcare IT forums throughout the world. Eric holds a Bachelors Degree from Nichols College.
Keri Souza
Vice President of Marketing

Keri Souza is the Vice President of Marketing at AMD Global Telemedicine and thrives on being part of the customer-focused team at AMD. Keri joined the company in 2013 to lead marketing strategy and drive comprehensive communication activities. Keri develops the marketing and industry outreach programs that define AMD’s brand.
Passionate about understanding healthcare professionals’ specific telemedicine needs, Keri plays a critical role in building relationships within target market areas and increasing customer engagement for AMD. With a specific focus on bringing telemedicine stories of inspiration to the industry, Keri directs the company’s communications across a wide variety of platforms and marketing channels.
Keri has over twenty years marketing experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Keri is instrumental in creating lead generation programs that generate ROI and communicating marketing strategies across various departments and team members. Prior to AMD, Keri led marketing efforts for various technology companies including Kinect365 Life Sciences, Questex Media Group, Hypertronics Corporation and Moldflow Corporation.
Keri holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Corporate Communication Arts and is a member of both the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) and HIMSS.
Steve Casello
Vice President of Finance and Operations

Steve takes great pride in being a part of the AMD team and the company’s ability to provide customized telehealth solutions to customers throughout the world. He brings sixteen years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations to AMD, and has been instrumental in the Company’s organic growth within the telemedicine space.
As AMD’s Vice President of Finance and Operations, Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operations that lay the foundation for the Company to provide innovative technology solutions for successful telemedicine programs worldwide.
Steve has widespread knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP based accounting as well as corporate taxes. Prior to AMD Steve worked as a Senior Accountant for a public accounting firm for seven years gaining valuable experience in auditing, consulting, and tax preparation for clients of all different industries. He joined AMD in 2011 as an Assistant Controller and was promoted to Corporate Controller before landing his current role as Director of Operations and Finance.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Nichols College as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Brian Douglas

Brian Douglas’s experience in the healthcare sector began during his time in Alaska, where he resided for over eight years and worked in surgical sales for Stryker. It was during this period that he developed a deep interest in virtual care solutions that could address the needs of underserved patient populations. This passion propelled him into various sales leadership and business development roles within the healthcare technology space.
As CCO at AMD Global Telemedicine, Brian Douglas is responsible for overseeing the Company’s commercial strategy and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. His expertise and vision strengthen the company’s position as a global leader in telemedicine technology solutions.
Prior to joining AMD Global Telemedicine, Brian held key positions at prominent healthcare equipment manufacturers and resellers including Polycom, Carousel Industries, and Yorktel/Caregility. Notably, he played pivotal roles in senior leadership teams that led to successful company exits for InDemand Interpreting, a prominent cloud service provider, and Tryten, a leading cart technology company.
