Tim Steffl

President

Tim brings extensive healthcare experience to his role as President of AMD Global Telemedicine, which he joined in June 2024. Prior to this, Tim served as the Vice President of Strategic Development & Finance at Delta Dental Plans Association, providing strategic oversight and leadership to multiple functions within the association. He also led Pivot Health Advisors as President, where he was responsible for product strategy development and commercialization consulting for one of the nation’s largest hospital systems. Tim spent 16 years with the American Hospital Association, serving as Chief Operating & Development Officer, managing the for-profit endorsement arm of the AHA and founding, launching, and running three start-up organizations.

Tim is a Mentor at MATTER, a Chicago-based healthcare incubator and accelerator, where he offers business expertise to start-up organizations in the healthcare space. His personal passions are playing golf and attending music festivals and concerts.

In addition to his healthcare background, Tim was the President and CEO of the dental technology company ADA Business Innovation Group (ADABIG). He was responsible for establishing the profitability and scalable growth of this for-profit subsidiary of the American Dental Association. His role included developing a business portfolio of companies by partnering with, developing, or acquiring innovative organizations in the dental sector. Tim also created a strategy for growing and scaling ADA Practice Transitions, which helps match dentists looking to buy or sell a dental practice.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in finance from The Ohio State University.

Fun fact: Tim is an avid golfer and attends multiple music festivals and concerts every year.

Steve Casello

Steve is a dedicated member of the AMD Global Telemedicine team, committed to delivering customized telehealth solutions to customers worldwide. With over sixteen years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations, he has played a key role in the Company’s organic growth in the telehealth and healthcare technology space.

As Vice President of Finance and Operations, Steve oversees the day-to-day operations that support AMD Global Telemedicine’s innovative technology solutions for successful virtual care programs globally. His expertise spans financial reporting, GAAP-based accounting, and corporate taxes. He joined the Company in 2011 as the Assistant Controller, was promoted to Corporate Controller, and later advanced to Director of Operations and Finance, before becoming VP of Finance and Operations.

Prior to joining AMD Global Telemedicine, Steve gained valuable experience as a Senior Accountant at a public accounting firm, where he spent seven years in auditing, consulting, and tax preparation across various industries. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Nichols College and a master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

Keri brings a wealth of experience in developing strategic marketing initiatives that fuel business growth and customer engagement. Her expertise lies in creating compelling product messaging and executing successful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Her leadership style is rooted in fostering teamwork and aligning efforts towards shared objectives, ensuring every project she leads achieves its full potential.

Keri joined the company in 2013 and has over twenty years’ experience in marketing. As the VP of Marketing at AMD Global Telemedicine, she is dedicated to advancing the company’s mission through innovative marketing strategies that build trust and effectively address the unique challenges faced by healthcare providers and patients alike.

Prior to AMD, Keri led marketing efforts for various technology companies including Kinect365 Life Sciences, Questex Media Group, Hypertronics Corporation and Moldflow Corporation. Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication and is a member of both the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) and HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems).

Fun fact: Keri loves soaking in the beauty of sunrises and sunsets, spending time at the beach, and going on hiking adventures.

Chip McIntosh

Chip McIntosh is the Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) at AMD Global Telemedicine. As a champion for people-centric digital transformation, he provides strategic leadership in product and technology, overseeing the design, development, deployment, and evolution of advanced telemedicine and telehealth solutions.

Before joining AMD, Chip pioneered the creation of the first multi-tenant nationwide telemedicine network and marketplace, enabling partnerships among member hospitals and private providers across various specialties. He also developed the first telehealth platform integrating language interpretation with intelligent video routing and queuing.

Prior to his work in telemedicine, Chip co-founded and served as CEO of one of the first Internet Service Providers (ISPs). During his tenure, he significantly bridged the digital divide by providing affordable internet access and free technology skills training to underserved Appalachian communities, ultimately expanding the company into Ohio’s first statewide broadband ISP.

Chip is passionate about open systems architecture, advocating it as the most effective approach for increasing interoperability, capability, and adaptability while minimizing costs.

Fun Facts: Chip helps run an annual community music festival in Athens, Ohio, once had a pet fox, and is an avid cook who is currently obsessed with perfecting his versions of Louisiana Cajun and Creole staples. His oddly appropriate surname and nickname were both assigned at birth, well before the computer chip, let alone the Apple Macintosh existed.
